Training

EFD Induction training specialists can provide a variety of courses regarding the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of our complete range of induction heating systems.

For induction products, we can provide training on the bonding process and our full range of induction power supplies, including our SCR, IGBT, and MOSFET versions.

Lab Services

We maintain a full time laboratory staff to answer all of your Induction process R&D needs. Our lab contains fully functional power equipment that we use to heat actual parts supplied by you to verify process capablility. Our lab is also intimately involved in coil design, and can provide custom coils to meet your every need.

 
 

Induction Coil Services

Our customers benefit from the high quality standard set by EFD Induction for years. All delivered coils receive:

  • Air and water pressure testing
  • A unique reference tracking number attached to each coil used for folow up of design history and failure rate monitoring
  • Electrical compatability testing
